Terms of services
Payment
A 50% up-front fee can be paid after the approval of the Commission Draft.The Commission will not be sent to Client until the agreed full payment amount has been received.
Client can order from Fiverr and Sketchmob, otherwise, payment method for USD is via PAYPAL only.Indonesian client can pay from any platform through agreement.
The Artist will confirm payment once drafts have been seen and agreed upon by the Client; any further work on the Commission will be with-held until agreement is made and payment received.
NO REFUND
Any payment received will not be refunded.
File Delivery
Finished commission will be sent by e-mail or discord or googledrive according to the agreement. The finished file will include both original size and high resolution file.The finished files will be in .png format or .gif format for the animated version.The finished files don't include the source file. If Client want the source file, Client needs to pay additional fee by agreement.
Personal Use
The description of personal use should be mentioned in the invoice description by the Artist.If the seller did NOT add it on the description, the commission will be treat as personal use by DEFAULT.As for the Personal Use, Client don't have the rights to sell, distribute, or claim the work as theirs. Client needs to credit the Artist when they post the commission public.If the Artist found that the Client use the commission for commercial use, the Client will be added to blacklist.
Comersial use & Copyright
To use the commission result as commercial use and have the full copyright, Client needs to pay additional fee through agreement.(Usually the agreement has been made before the invoice, if not, please re-check with the Artist)
After agreement for commercial use is being approved, Client have the rights to make any use of the commission.The description of commercial use must be mentioned in the invoice description by the Artist.
If the Artist did NOT add it on the description, Client must NOT pay the invoice, and MUST ASK the Artist to update the invoice.
